Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Cole Slaw


Pulled Pork Recipe

Ingredients:
1 - 5lb. pork shoulder roast
1 - 48 ounce chicken broth
1 -Bottle of Jack Daniel's Spicy Barbeque sauce
Hamburger Buns
salt and pepper


Instructions:
Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on high for 6 hours. Drain broth (may want to save to make gravy) and put 1/2 of pork back in crock pot. Save other have of pork roast for later. Pour barbeque sauce over pork and simmer for another hour. Serve on hamburger buns with cole slaw. (Cole slaw recipe follows)


Cole Slaw Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cups chopped cabbage or prepackaged cole slaw
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon celery seed

Instructions:
Add all ingredients together and toss to coat. Let set about 30 minutes before serving.
